Built for a
viral season.
Stadium Cam was made for World Cup season: a quick, shareable way for fans to put themselves on a stadium jumbotron in their chosen national team jersey. The goal was to turn the excitement around the tournament into a playful, viral moment.
Users upload a portrait, choose a team, then receive an AI-generated stadium image they can download and pass on to friends. PayPal API powers the premium generation flow, with payment and refund handling built into the experience.

Replicate · GPT Image 2
Replicate's openai/gpt-image-2 model combines the user portrait and national-team jersey reference to generate a 16:9 stadium scene.
Async generation pipeline
The app creates a Replicate prediction, then polls its status until the image is ready. Failed generations surface feedback before users receive a result.
PayPal API + delivery
PayPal creates and captures premium generation orders. The backend can trigger refunds on generation failure, while a download route returns the final image as a file.
